- It's a shame that we live in a Westernized world where health care professionals, more often than not, want to merely throw pills your way treating symptoms, not understanding the deep seated etiology of what your body is undergoing and long-term opioid usage. Jim is a therapeutic guru, period. - I had been in pain for months after straining my groin in the gym and not being able to be very active as a result. I went to pro star for a general massage to stop being so achy as I waited out my injury and WOW did I get way more than expected. Chris worked out a ton of pressure that was held in my back that I didn’t even know about! With surgical precision, he pushed on certain points and then massaged them out. As he did so I could feel the massive pressure I was holding build up and then flow right out of the affected area. He knew exactly what he was doing. Then Jim came to take a look. He noticed that my left hip was higher than my right, that my lat/pec area had some misalignment, and took a look at my groin issue. He corrected my hips very quickly. The groin took some more time but through stretching me and manipulation he literally put the muscles back where they had to be. At one point he had isolated and held the strained muscle in both hands, it was wild. Both gentlemen were happy to explain to me the various processes and procedures as they carried them out. My home recovery methods of 2 months did nothing but make things worse, an hour with these guys has me back in the gym 2 days later. Jim and Chris were both super friendly, informative, professional, all around great guys that fixed me up in ways I didn’t even know needed fixing. - I can't say enough good things about Jim when I came to ProStar for my first visit/massage. Right from the getgo when talking to him over the phone to see if his services would help me and my back problems, he was kind, caring, and extremely patient. He was very flexible in case I needed any urgent relief from my back pain. I sit all day at work and have been experiencing lower back pain over the last year. Finally fed up with it, I came to Prostar simply hoping for the best. - I have been working with Jim for over a month now. As a competitive natural bodybuilder who is currently prepping, my body is becoming more and more depleted and I am/was suffering from inflammation. Jim has been a life saver. - I can not say enough positive things about Jim, his services, and treatment. I was suffering from tennis elbow for about a year and a half, and as a bodybuilder, there's not many exercises that can be done with this type of setback.. I went though every possible course of treatment you can think of. Cortisone shots, chiropractors, massages, stim, ultra sounds. I received Jim's card through a buddy of mine who recommended him to me. After seeing Jim for about 2 months my tennis eblow pain was practically gone. He didn't just heal it, he gave me my identity back. He got me back to where I used to be. Without his help I would probably be still dealing with the same issue.
